Returns & Exchanges

This policy is for Online Orders Only. Please see Exchange Policy at counter/on receipt for in store purchase.

1. MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER QUALIFIES

a) Unworn Clothing is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tags must not be removed.

b) Only clothing items qualify for return/exchange. Marked down clothing is final sale. All other items are final sale.

c) Item is returned within 14 days of receipt

 

2. CONTACT US
Email us at hello@articleswh.com to start the return process. If you have your order number available this will speed up the process, otherwise we will do our best to find your order based off of name and mailing address. 

3. REFUND
Once your order is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges will be refunded back to the card you used to purchase the item, shipping costs are non-refundable. 
 
FURTHER DETAILS - 

The return policy lasts 14 days after order is received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards, home decor, sale items, jewelry, handbags, and candles
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please allow up to ten business days for returns to be posted due to processing delays between payment providers.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
